Biography
Dr. Xudong XIAO is presently working as Professor of Physics in Department of Physics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He have received his Ph. D. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley in December, 1992. His research interests are new generation of solar cells, fabrication of Cu(InGa)Se2 thin film solar cells, STM study of metal and semiconductor surfaces, STM manipulation of nanostructures, STM and NSOM study of nanotubes, nanowires, metal nanoclusters and surface diffusion by STM. He have published over 100 scientific papers which have been cited over 3200 times. He have served as members of organizing committee for over 15 National and International Conferences and he is the member of American Physical Society & board standing member of Chinese Vacuum Society and Chinese Energy Society.
